Yes it does it causes the pituitary gland to release a hormone called endorphins which counteracts mood of depression and stress, to uplift us or give us a good sense of well being besides that exercise actives a lot more stuff in the body and manage or help regulate hormones which have a part in affecting our mental health.
Done the lunges & squats. Couldn’t do last 2 exercises today as have a bad ankle!

I will do! I cracked my ankle a few years ago and it’s never healed correctly! I have good and bad days with it but just have to manage the pain!
