So, I am not crazy, as I stalk your previous post for the Friday funday of exercises….It is okay, I will do what I did last week and take all the weeks exercises and do them at the same time. Sort of making it out to be about a 15 minute workout. Hope all is well!💓

Agree with most of the quote, but I’m not so sure about the “hyssop” part. Literally. I’m not quite certain what “hyssop” is. Some kind of rabbit? Maybe if I were to drink green juice all would become clear, huh?
Lol, yes it would become clear if you drink.. probably lol but hyssop is a plant that is used for many medication processes also used as a purge remedy and tastes very bitter 🙂
