    The nice thing about these and the other exercises you feature is that they don’t require much specialized equipment, meaning they’re also practical for routines at home, as well as at the gym.

    Well, maybe the pull-up bar, but even then, home improvisation is possible, provided one finds a bar that will support the exercise.
